We want you to absolutely love your online purchase! 

Just a little note—promotional prices are only available during the promotional period.  

If you change your mind, no worries! We’re happy to offer a refund, as long as the following conditions are met: 

  • Item must be in original condition. Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
  • Item must be returned within 14 days of arriving with you
  • We do not accept returns on earrings and body jewellery
  • Gift cards are non refundable
  • Family Tree vouchers are non refundable
  • No refunds on sale items
  • Sale items can be returned for an online store credit but will incur $9.50 postage fee
  • No change of mind return on Clearance Items
  • We do not offer free returns for our International customers.
  • You can also return online purchases to any Tree of Life store. You will need to bring your online order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase. 

Please note: Refunds within Australia have a $9.50 postage fee, deducted from your refund. To skip the fee, you can choose a free return to a gift card (valid online for 3 years).

Exchanges: We do not process exchanges online. These must be completed in person at one of our stores. If you're located outside of Australia, you will need to return your item and place a new order.

International Orders

International Orders can be lodged through the Returns Portal, but the postage will be at your own cost, we don't provide the Shipping Label. 
Sale items can returned back onto an Online Gift Card Credit, which can be  redeemed online within 3 years.

All parcels sent to Tree of Life are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
