COVID-19 UPDATED RETURNS POLICY

Any item(s) purchased in-store that you wish to return back to store once they reopen can be done so with approval by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us via phone or email to have this approved.

Any item(s) purchased in-store that you wish to return via post can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with its price tag attached. You will need to get in touch with our customer service team via phone or email to provide account details so that we can refund you.

Any item(s) purchased online must be returned via post can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with the price tag attached. Please follow the returns form included with your order.

RETURNING BY POST

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered online from Tree of Life, you can return it within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Product must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us or by returning them to any Tree of Life store; please note that Paypal and Afterpay purchases can be returned via post and will be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please include your returns form filled out with your parcel.

Please note that any parcels sent to Tree of Life Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We do not cover return shipping costs and recommend using a postal tracking service on any returns.

RETURNING IN-STORE

Online purchases may be returned, within 14 days of purchase, to any Tree of Life store for an exchange or refund. You will need to bring your online order receipt as proof of purchase and items must be in original condition with tags attached. PayPal and Afterpay purchases can be returned in store and will be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unsuitable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our returns policy above for additional conditions and instructions.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us via email if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect so that we can assist you.


CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by phone (during business hours) or email (after hours) if wishing to change your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been dispatched.


PROCESSING RETURNS

Returns are usually processed within 2 days of being received, but may take up to 3 business days during busy periods. Once your refund has been processed please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. PayPal and Afterpay purchases can be returned online or in store and will be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 9am and 5pm. Tree of Life is not responsible to follow up bank transaction requests on customer's behalf.
