Measure your body
Bust
Around the fullest part, tape level all the way round, arms down. Wear the bra you'd normally wear with the piece.
Waist
The narrowest part of your middle, usually just above the navel. If you're not sure where that is, bend to one side ~ the crease that forms is your natural waist.
Hips
Around the fullest part, roughly 20cm below your waist, with your feet together.
