Dispatch Timeframes

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

Where permitted by law, our liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit is limited to any compensation we are able to recover from the shipping provider.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended, delivery will be considered complete once the parcel has been left at the nominated address.

If another person at the delivery address accepts the parcel on your behalf, delivery will also be considered complete.
