Lovely fabric

The first one I received had some stitching errors (happening often these days ToL you need better Quality Control!) but they sent a replacement which I'm happy with (also not perfect - alignment is off centre). It's light and comfortable and very pretty .

Waist Band Fault

This dress is absolutely stunning, which is the reason I kept it despite an obvious design fault. The waist band has no give, which means it doesn't fit over the shoulders when getting the dress on. It needs to either be elasticated, or have an invisible zip in the side seam. I can shimmy it on with some effort, but some stitches were broken on my first attempt. When on, the dress absolutely beautiful. I am usually a size 6 and ordered a S.

So stunning!

Love love the dress and it feels so beautiful on! I did find it quite tight on the back, because although it’s shirred, the seam on of the skirt and back bodice is rigid so I had to kind of wiggle into it and the seam did actually rip. Other dresses that I own with a shirred back have a piece of elastic on that seam, but it’s a really beautiful looking dress though
