Ear ring clasp opens up every now & then

The left clasp on the ear ring opens up & drops the little charm on the ground. Aside from that, they're great. My partner loves the Onyx heart eye, it's a beauty of a little charm! And great quality t -shirts too, she loves the designs and material! Thanks
