If you change your mind, no worries! We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Item must be in original condition. Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
- Item must be returned within 14 days of arriving with you
- We do not accept returns on earrings and body jewellery
- Gift cards are non refundable
- Family Tree vouchers are non refundable
- No refunds on sale items
- Sale items can be returned for an online store credit but will incur $9.50 postage fee
- No change of mind return on Clearance Items
- We do not offer free returns for our International customers.

You can also return online purchases to any Tree of Life store. You will need to bring your online order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, simply request it when submitting your return. If your preferred size, style, or colour isn’t available at the time of fulfilment, we’ll process a store credit as per our return policy.
Once your exchange is submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid label to send your item back. As soon as we process your return, we’ll ship out the replacement—so the sooner you send it in, the quicker you'll receive your new piece!
Please note: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the size you want is running low or sells out before your return reaches us, you’ll automatically receive an online credit. Many of our pieces sell quickly, so sending your return promptly gives you the best chance of securing your exchange!
Refunds within Australia have a $9.50 postage fee, deducted from your refund. To skip the fee, you can choose a free return to a gift card (valid online for 3 years) or swap for a free exchange. Simply enter your details below to get started!

International Orders
International Orders can be lodged through the Returns Portal, but the postage will be at your own cost, we don't provide the Shipping Label.
Sale items can returned back onto an Online Gift Card Credit, which can be redeemed online within 3 years.

All parcels sent to Tree of Life are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
