The skirt is light and cool and looks lovely on. The waistband is quite stretchy (and that's a good thing. It's comfortable and can be pulled down low on the hips or up high as a high waisted skirt)..I often buy FS and yet the waistband offers plenty of room so a size down is a better fit, I feel. But yes, beautiful flowy skirt with a pretty summery pattern.
