We are heartbroken by the devastating floods in Nepal and the terrible loss, trauma and upheaval being felt by so many families and communities.

🇳🇵Nepal has been part of the Tree of Life story for many years and we have deep affection for the beautiful Nepalese people. We are incredibly relieved to share that all who work with us and their families are safe. We have buyers currently in Kathmandu who are also safe and well.

Over the last few weeks since the floods, we have been in touch daily with our long-time friends and suppliers, Prem & Sashi, as they continue to keep us updated on the situation in Nepal.

Thanks to your incredible support, through your purchases across three days in September, together we raised $31,942 for Nepal flood relief. We donated $11,942 to UNICEF and $20,000 has been sent directly to our suppliers in Nepal, Prem & Sashi, who we have worked alongside and trusted for many years, to ensure the funds reach where they can make a meaningful difference within affected communities.

We are so grateful to every single person who shopped with us and helped make this possible. Prem & Sashi are now carefully considering where the funds can provide the most meaningful, long-term support, and have shared a little update with us below. ❤️🇳🇵
