Earthy, undone, a little nostalgic. We spent five minutes with Winona Wyborn to talk keepsakes, rituals, and the beauty of everyday dressing.

What does a typical day in your world look like right now?
A day in my world right now looks like serving my family. Some days feel mundane and repetitive and definitely exhausting but when I take a step back I am very quickly reminded that it is the most meaningful work I will ever do, and by far the greatest blessing.
Where do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace in nature. By the ocean, the flowing creek, basking in the sun, gazing up at the starry bright sky, walking through the forest. Being close to nature reminds me of how perfect, intelligent and miraculous life is.

What makes a piece of clothing feel like a keepsake to you?
The pieces that become keepsakes in my wardrobe are always the ones that are a combination of unique, have intricate detailing, and fit like a glove. The ones that you put on and instantly feel like a goddess in. They are the pieces that are staying and the ones that I envision my daughter wearing one day.
How would you describe your personal style in three words?
My personal style …. I feel like it changes after each baby I have! But right now I would say: earthy, romantic & effortless.
Your favourite simple joys or rituals at the moment?
Honestly my favourite part of my morning at the moment and something that has become a simple, grounding ritual before getting into the day is sitting down with a (strong) cup of coffee and knitting. I find it so meditative and I am enjoying learning a new skill.
