Slow Moments: Exploring Mindfulness
Join us as we explore mindfulness and movement in our latest Made In Nepal range.
As the end of the year draws close, we are reminded to take some time to reflect and centre ourselves as we embark on a fresh new year. We are joined by Emily Mills to focus on the art of slowness and conscious movement during the busiest time of the year.
We chose to spend some time in nature as that is where we felt inspired to to embrace the art of letting go. Just as the trees release their leaves, we too can shed any negativity of the year and make space for the lightness of the new year ahead.
In this age, a step outside becomes a vital reset button. It is a chance to release the grip on the stresses of the day and allowing the mind to wander and explore thoughts that might be buried under the daily grind.
Amidst the transition into the new year, consider incorporating moments of mindfulness into your daily routine; mindful breathing, gratitude journaling and creative expression are some of our favourite ways to centre ourselves through the business of the season.
Set your intentions, rather than resolutions for the new year. Reflecting on what you hope to achieve or cultivate in the coming months. This frames the new year as not a checklist of goals to achieve but as a deliberate mindful journey to personal growth. This can be as simple as finding more joy in simple pleasures and romanticising the every day moments.

So here's to reflection and slowing down as we embark on a new year with a focus on intentional living. Join us in finding joy in the simple, and welcoming the next year with open hearts.
