Saturn Retrograde in Aries: A Slow Burn

Saturn is all about all things structure, long-term goals and time. It also rules the phenomena of societal conditioning: the process in which society trains us to think and act in ways it deems acceptable.

Beautifully, this transit will be extra potent, as Saturn has only recently entered Aries (the first sign of the zodiac), to begin a brand-new 29-year cycle. This is the first retrograde of that cycle, making it uniquely powerful for tidying up our foundations.

Perhaps that means making sure your ambitions, goals, commitments and responsibilities are aligned with your real desires and soul truth. If parts of your life feel like they were built from someone else’s definitions, old expectations, or rules—this is a season for gently questioning whether they’re still worth carrying. If not, what could replace them?
