Meet Kaushik, our skilled artisan and a part of the Tree fam in India, who weaves magic into many of our original prints ✨🧡
The print journey begins with a quest for inspiration ~ from local textiles to ancient books and beyond, inspiration and seasonal colour trends are gathered.
Combining these vibrant inspirations, a new print emerges through the skilful use of water-based and opaque poster colours. It all starts with Kaushik's initial pencil sketch, where he lays the foundation, then he applies colours, layer by layer, bringing the artwork to life with each stroke.
