The photo shows them as 3/4 length pants, which is what I wanted for summer, but they are actually full length and are very baggy. Apart from waist size they are more an 8 size than 6 and would fit a size 8 better than they fit me. The photo is misleading. Below I have not been given an option for XS, which is what I ordered. And the label is XS.
