Runs very small

I usually love and feel comfortable in TOL clothes but this runs so small and clings to stomach and hips. It’s so uncomfortable and unflattering. I ordered S/M which is normal but I cannot wear this. Looks like a ‘baggy’ dress in photos but definitely isn’t. I love colours though
