Shirt shrank after first wash

Unfortunately this shirt shrank after the first wash and it no longer fits me! I used cold water, washed by hand and line dried it. I am going to request a refund.

Beatiful colour

Love this shirt, the colour and design are perfect for me. Was concerned about it being to short at the front as I have a larger bust (12E) ordered the XL. The front sits just below my waist and the back just covers my hips.
